Transform and Transcend

We engaged Transform and Transcend to build our brand and rethink our marketing strategies. They had a unique and effective process to create our brand and marketing manual. The project is helping transform Tuff Industries into a more progressive, customer centric and global company with a strong brand. The project also inspired and re-energized us.We got good guidance on how to effectively implement and communicate our brand and marketing strategies. We had left out service training in recent years due to manpower crunches but due to Covid-19 restrictions and the resultant behavioural changes required of our staff, we needed to align our mindsets to take on the challenges presented by our customers. In addition, we needed to imbue in our teams the “new normal” in customer service, word of mouth advertising and marketing and a new and improved social media stance. We found in Ashok Miranda the ultimate trainer and presenter!Ashok understood the needs of our employees and the challenges faced by our business. From the get go, he engaged our staff to arm them with what it takes to succeed in their everyday roles. He encouraged them to develop new and modern values based on creativity and innovation and to view difficult situations in a new light. It was an insightful and impactful experience.
