TripleLift Reviews

Reviews from Google Maps are available on this profile.
Once you're onboarded they ignore you. We partnered with TripleLift back in August 2023 and have earnings since then that have not been paid out. We have contacted them numerous times but their support email, the "publisher operations team", and even the sales manger that onboarded us have not replied or responded. After reading other reviews here this seems to be their MO: ignore their publishers. We've turned them off in our bid stack hoping maybe that would get their attention but still nothing. It's looking more and more like we're either going to have to eat the earnings or take them to court. "

They really paid attention to our company’s needs and really hit the mark with our brand. They are young, creative, ambitious and extremely passionate about their work. I am happy to highly recommend them. "

I am a blogger that Triplelift reached out to work with. We had issues with the coding affecting my blog, so TL removed the coding. Later on, Triplelift started publishing spam posts on my blog without my permission. I had a reader reach out to me and say that a spam post was showing up in their feed every day from my site. I removed all TL access after that. I contacted TL MONTHS AGO for help and to ask why this happened. No one has given me a response as to why this happened or why TL kept posting spam posts to my site. Would not recommend if you are a blogger or need efficient customer service of any sort. "

Best ad tech company in the world. "

It's a great product in terms of the experience of our readers, but the company just seems to be very disorganized. We're supposed to be receiving our payments via automatic direct deposit, but they're never automatic. I have to email someone every month and ask for them to pay me, and then it takes several days. Right now I'm waiting for two months worth of payments and the only response I receive is, "I am in contact with our finance team." That just seems fishy to me.They claim to have triple the CPM, and at one point we were receiving $10 CPM, which I was blown away by. Then, overnight it dropped to less than $1 and has stayed there. I was told it was because after the holidays the CPM drops, but our drop happened right in the middle of the holidays - when rates should have remained at their highest. I brought this to the attention of one of the main people over there and their response was essentially, "we don't provide support for our customers, so you should be grateful I'm even looking into this for you." That sounds ridiculous and like I'm making it up, but he straight up told me they don't provide support to their customers. And even after looking into my low CPM, the only thing they tell me is it's my site's fault. But we get a decent amount of clicks every day.Along those lines, there have been some days where I can tell the reporting is off, and I have to reach out to THEM and ask them about it. They always find that I'm being underpaid on those specific days, and they adjust those days up, which is great, but what about the days I'm not asking about? How many days is their system just not paying out correctly and I don't even know? I've asked about this as well and they provide no response - they just change the subject. They also pay on a net 90, which means you have to wait 3 months before you get paid for your advertising. The two payments I'm waiting to receive are from February and March (it is currently July). To me that's unacceptable, but every person I reach out to over there acts like my request to be paid what I'm owed is wildly foreign. How unreasonable of me.I honestly had high hopes for this company, and have given them a lot more chances than I probably should have. If you're a content creator looking to add this service to your site, I suggest you don't. The headache isn't worth it, and their promises just don't pan out. If you're an advertiser looking for a way to reach your target audience, there are better services out there and the company straight up feels unstable. "
