Our old firm was merged with this one, and ever since then we’ve had problems. Way higher fees, and this tax season they could not keep their own invoices straight, and are now claiming they never received payment when I sent proof of payment. Do not recommend for your business, and fees are around $800 for personal. "

Poor service and questionable transparency re their fees….. I went there last year due to a managing partner being from UB and location. I had no issues with my taxes but they charged a flat fee for my college son’s simple prep. The flat fee was ~750 and this was not mentioned when I turned in my more complicated taxes. I believe this was ethically questionable to a new client but I paid the fee. I then reached out today for an end of the year question and they had a marketing manager call to tell me that due to staffing shortages they were severing our relationship. I am not sure I would have been informed of this had I not reached out with my questions. The lack of transparency with their fee structure and the fact that they were also not upfront that they could provide tax services in a timely manner makes me regret that they get even one star. Perhaps their questionable business practices have led to trouble retaining staff. Look elsewhere "
