Qualifications include a BA and MA in psychology and communication from the University of Southern California. I developed, championed and evangelized certain qualitative methodologies, have been published in the Qualitative Research Consultants Association’s magazine, and certified as a cultural expert. And to share my experience and expertise, I guest lecture every semester on Qualitative Research at the University of Southern California.
