We exist to work with brands that have a challenger spirit. That might mean insurgent brands taking on category leaders, or established brands that refuse to think and act like incumbents. Either way, we work with clients who want to punch above their weight and stand for something distinctive in their category.
What makes us different is that we're both a consultancy and a studio. We do the strategic thinking - brand positioning, platform development, cultural research - and we make the work. No handoffs, no dilution between strategy and execution.
Our global client roster includes Nike, Heineken, Virgin Active (UK & South Africa), Uber, Diageo, Ziina (Middle East), Lynk & Co (Europe), Jack Link's, Booking.com, and Patagonia. We've helped Virgin Active transform from a fitness brand to a social wellness company across multiple markets. We've built global platforms for Heineken. We've launched challenger fintechs like Ziina across the Middle East.
Our work has been recognised at Cannes Lions, D&AD, The Webby Awards, and The Drum. We've been named Ad Age Small Agency of the Year and Creative Pool Small Agency of the Year multiple times.
We also publish original cultural research through reports like "The New Society Rules" in partnership with TEDxAmsterdam, helping brands understand where culture is heading next.
