In interview details it was mentioned about only backend developer... but while taking interview they were asking questions about full stack development and domain reset etc completely opposite from my domain. It happened 2 times with me. I don't know if you guys are confused about your position then why not get clear idea about what you post before interview... Value people's time please. "

Deceptive Practices and Unprofessional Conduct: As a senior executive with extensive experience managing projects and teams in India for many years, I engaged with Wegrity back in 2021 and found their quality satisfactory. However, upon re-engaging with them recently, I was severely disappointed and feel deceived by the quality of service received. Overall, I feel misled and scammed as I have already paid for work that was not completed satisfactorily. Therefore, I had no choice but to terminate the contract immediately.On June 5th, I provided a detailed Excel file outlining the project requirements, and they committed to completing it within 8 to 10 days. Here are the significant issues I encountered:No Transparency on Effort Estimates: Despite requesting a detailed breakdown of efforts and costs, including effort estimates twice, I only received generic comments and no concrete estimates. This lack of transparency on costs and efforts was concerning.Premature Payment Requests: They requested funds to be released on June 18th before completing the work, which goes against Upwork's terms. Regrettably, I released the funds assuming completion, but the work was far from satisfactory.Incomplete and Incorrectly Executed Work: Out of the 21 points assigned, which they claimed to have completed all, only 5 were actually fulfilled. Upon review, they selectively addressed the easiest tasks, mainly a few typos, and ignored the more complex requirements. Moreover, of the remaining 16 points, only 6 were partially completed, deviating from the original specifications, and the rest were completely untouched. Their assertion of full completion was significantly misleading and inaccurate.Communication Issues: They never communicated areas where they needed my input, and they marked items as completed without actually doing the work. This lack of transparency and communication significantly delayed the project.Lack of Timely Updates: Despite my repeated requests, I did not receive any updates on the project status since June 27th. It appears they were trying to justify their team's mistakes rather than addressing the issues promptly.Financial Request without Completion: Furthermore, they requested additional funds despite the work not being completed to satisfaction or as originally requested, indicating a lack of integrity in their financial dealings.Client Offer: As a client, I gave them a generous offer to simply end the contract without requesting a refund, despite the unprofessional work. However, they did not accept this offer, proposing nothing in return, which demonstrates a lack of accountability and commitment to resolving the issues promptly and fairly.They charge $20 USD per hour, which is higher than many other freelancers on the platform. My advice is to avoid spending time and effort with this agency. The quality has significantly decreased and is not worth your investment.Hope this helps.Kind Regards "

In our experience, the old saying "buy cheap, buy twice" applies to Webgrity.The company undercut our offer in the project tender by 50% and secured the order. It quickly became clear that the expertise in "development of media streaming services" proclaimed by Webgrity was practically non-existent. The implementation of our design was poor, some errors were not fixed even after months of feedback. When we became impatient and demanded the contractually guaranteed services, we were repeatedly accused of a lack of respect in communication. Above all, the CTO Mr. Agarwal likes to set himself up as a moralizer - but without delivering completely.Our service is now live and there are bugs that Webgrity guaranteed would be fixed before the project was completed. However, the company no longer wants to hear about this.I would only recommend you to work with Webgrity under these conditions: You have very simple frontend or moderate backend work to do. Write down exactly what you need in the contract. The company usually takes the quickest, easiest route - even if that may not always be customary for your project. "Additional efforts" are quickly mentioned, for which Webgrity then asks you to pay.We made the mistake of paying the last project installment before (!) the code was completed and delivered. Be sure to negotiate with Webgrity that you only pay when everything is working under live conditions. Other companies may have earned the trust - unfortunately, in our experience, Webgrity does not. In the end, Upwork support even had to step in here, which by the way did an excellent job and tried everything in their power to remind Webgrity of its contractual obligations - unfortunately without success.Webgrity will respond to this review and portray us as a terrible customer. Please don't let this fool you.If you want to realize an ambitious, modern project - look for another service provider. We could have saved ourselves many sleepless nights and a lot of trouble if we hadn't let ourselves be tempted by the dumping price.Ephraim P. "

I have decade long relationship with Webgrity. They mostly do international projects and they helped me with my project. I must say that they charge premium price for their service but there service is impeccable. Our project manager was accommodating and was able to add value to projects by his intelligent suggestions. Even after the project was finished we requested them for small changes and they did as part of their service. Just to be clear our project was long and complicated one, they gave technical guidance at every step. Our board was very please with end product.From time to time we have asked for some upgrades and updates. Those were also done promptly. We would recommend Webgrity without any hesitation. We have never any issues while working with them. They have always been polite and courteous while dealing with us. Even during pandemic, they worked very hard to keep their service standards. We wish them all success. "
