Started by Chris Welker in 2004 after he had gained invaluable experience at leading accounting firms, the practice gained quick traction. After ten years, Chris was ready to take the company to the next level and his longtime colleague and friend Rob Mojsej came aboard in late 2014. The growth continued, and in early 2016 a third colleague and accomplished finance professional, Anthony DelVecchio, joined as partner.

The dynamic of the three-member partnership has positioned WM&D as a leading CPA and consulting firm. Chris, Rob, and Anthony are all intimately familiar with the engines that drive the Western New York economy, each being raised in the area and graduates of the prestigious Rochester Institute of Technology.
