I was just notified I was no longer wanted as a client.I called and text 3 people I knew there, asking why they were canceling my simple tax account.NO ANSWERES. Then a month later I got an email saying they were down sizing!Is this how you treat a loyal customer of over 40 years that does a simple tax return? I always relied on this company and the people in it. I feel so disrespected. I would never trust them again. "
