I don't think this group deserves even one star. After numerous calls to different numbers - none of which were answered - I couldn't even leave a message! Recording told me to make note of the operating hours (8am-5pm, and I called at noon), yet they were not open, nor could I leave a message. I'm fed up when I don't get a paper and I get home from work at 11am and I have no way to resolve the issue when there is no answer and no way to leave a message, even during stated hours of operation. We often do not report a missing paper, nor the times when, on Wednesday or Sunday, we received the Chicago paper instead of the Milwaukee one.We were already unhappy with how much my 35+ year subscription has gone up; unfortunately the customer service has gone down at the same rate. We were on the fence whether or not we should discontinue this (often farce of a) paper, and this may have been the deal breaker. I don't want today's paper on Thursday, since I won't be able to tell you about my missing Tuesday paper until Wednesday. And it's hard to know if we'd actually received a "refund."I'm not holding my breath to see if I get any useful response instead of lame standard meaningless excuses.Very sincerely,Janet C. No customer service, I made 4 or 5 phone calls. I had to leave a voice message for all of them. I'm old school I want to talk to a person. I don't want to do business on line. Only 1 person called me back and it was a week later! I don't know how they stay in business. This is exactly why I canceled my subscription to the Kenosha News. "

I have been a customer of the Kenosha News for a great many years and have gotten my newspaper in the morning daily without incident until Wisconsin Valley Media Group took over. It seems they’ve cornered the market in Kenosha and Racine and the little people who pay a lot per year by the way don’t matter much!!! Every single time a paper isn’t delivered they have the same old excuse. “Should have called before 10am” as if my sleep schedule is there business and also “go online if you want” if I wanted to go online my paper would be cheaper and I wouldn’t be writing this review. However that said I buy the paper for my 74 yr old mother who looks forward to the daily paper and it’s been at least a dozen times this year that it hasn’t came.Newspaper is all you people do therefore why can’t you get it right!!!!!! 1 star for performance and 0 stars for delivery. Hire better people or pay them more! It’s your reputation being drug through the mud!!!! "
