Honestly just terrible experience with Bruce Gulso. Unreturned emails. Returns late. Follow-up non existent. One and done as they say. "

Unfortunately we did not have a favorable experience with WSRP. We provided the information they needed by the dates they requested and then followed up to ask about the status. They gave vague answers and then missed the federal deadline to get 1099s out to our investors. The tax returns for our 2 partnerships were completed well and on time but at 3-5 times the cost of our previous CPA (it was in the thousands instead of hundreds for the same service). When we asked the status of our personal return a few days before the federal deadline, they said they wouldn't get it done in time and filed an extension. They said they would have a draft copy to us by the end of the week and didn't. When I emailed asking about it, they gave another deadline and missed it again. This is my first time leaving a negative review online. Hopefully others are receiving better service than we did, but it was not a good experience for us. "

Steve, my CPA, didn't show up at our meeting. They scrambled to find an associate. I was told Steve would call me that day. He didn't. I paid my bill and wrote a note describing what happened. No one contacted me about my experience. "
