I joined this company with a 1-year bond. The official working hours were from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM, which is already longer than most IT companies. Despite completing my tasks on time, I was still expected to stay an additional 1 to 1.5 hours every day.The workload was unnecessarily high with no proper task planning or support, leading to a complete lack of work-life balance. Within a week, I realized the mismatch and informed them I wanted to resign. They demanded ₹5000 to let me leave, and HR even took my phone temporarily, which was highly unprofessional and made me uncomfortable.The worst part was the abusive behavior by Mr. Rahul Solanki (pixel), which created a toxic and disrespectful work environment.Despite the pressure, I stood my ground and didn’t pay a single rupee. I believe no one should be forced to stay in an environment that lacks basic professionalism and respect.This was one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences I’ve had. I strongly do not recommend this company to freshers or experienced professionals looking for a healthy and respectful workplace.Please don’t go by the fake 5-star reviews. Many of them are written by the SEO team using new joiners’ phones on the first day. Real work culture is very different from what those reviews show. "
