I wouldn’t recommend joining Xcentric Services. The environment felt really toxic, with unrealistic KPIs and unfair salary deductions. They promised a raise after probation, but when the time came, they completely backed out. To make things worse, they even deducted the salary they initially offered. The HR department was no help at all — they showed no concern for employee well-being. There was absolutely no work-life balance, and overall, it was a really disappointing experience. I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through what I did. Please think twice before considering this place. "
