Zia Networks has been our IT team for at least 4 years. Gabriel and the rest of the team have been amazing and prompt at getting back to us whenever we have issues. They make sure everything is up and running, and that we are comfortable with having access. While working remotely for about a month their swift actions kept us all up and running. Zia has been our go to for IT and appreciate everything they have done for us. Zia definitely goes above and beyond. Gabriel Silva has been especially instrumental during our office move and helped to get everyone up and running in no time. He is responsive to requests and makes recommendations as needed to improve our services to clients. He continually checks on the staff to make sure everything is working. Update: About 20 months ago, I convinced my current company to contract Zia to do our continuous IT support for more than 30 computers and associated firewall/server needs. Like my earlier experience, Paul and crew have been top notch and are really easy to work with. Once to fix some bugs on an old network and again recently to upgrade from an old server to a new one, along with a new firewall. Everything went very smoothly with barely any network interruption. Paul is a knowledgeable and friendly guy. I have zero reservations with recommending him for your network/server needs. If we ever need more external support for troubleshooting or setting up new hardware, he'll be the first person I call. "

They started the process by actually answering the phone when I called to ask about the services Zia Networks provided. Next they kept the appointment that they made for us by showing up on time and evaluating our system. Soon after I received an estimate via email. We continued to communicate via email until I was prepared to make the purchase. Overall the service was EXCELLENT , and I recommend Zia Networks for all small business that use technology. This team of experts truly understand Quality, and customer service. They have provided over the top service after the sale as well. This is a ten star company, that only gets the prestigious Five star Google allows. "
