I was in IT as FTE with Zillion for 9 years. In that period I worked for top notch insurance organization projects. I had very satisfying experience with Zillion. I worked for Zillion Technologies remotely for almost 3 years as a Technical Recruiter. This is by far the best place I have ever worked. Never in my life have I ever worked ANYWHERE where I was treated like an adult, with respect and dignity, taken seriously for my experience, my efforts, my input, my thoughts and opinions, my suggestions, and my own health and personal life. Once COVID hit, I struggled hard with mental health and being able to keep up with my work, and I fell behind for a long while. But they were more than patient with me and understanding, and offered ways of helping me to not only succeed, but to all around just feel better and mentally be okay.The day the CEO wanted to speak to ME about MY thoughts or suggestions, I felt on top of the world. I felt so seen, heard, listened to, acknowledged, appreciated, RESPECTED. CEO's or higher ups in general are notorious for not taking their lower level employees all too seriously, or remembering they are even human beings at all, and I am more than familiar with this, but Zillion is absolutely nothing like that. Not even once in my time with them.Eventually my mental health and working remotely were not going hand in hand, and I was unable to continue with the company as I was falling behind trying to handle my own crazy life. I only say all this now, a year later after leaving Zillion, because I am sitting at my desk right now at my current place of employment, thinking about how insignificant I feel here, how demeaning my job feels, and how I can't even afford more than rent and food for just one person, and all I can think about is how good I had it with Zillion. I had everything I needed to have the perfect life I always wanted, and it was because of Zillion Technologies. I will never forget this titan of a company who saw me as a human being, and treated me as such. In March 2020, Saakshi from Zillion Technologies contacted me for a data opportunity job in Winchester, VA. She offered me $ 60 / hr. I went ahead and sent my resume. Then I got a call from David, her manager, telling me that the rate was not $ 60. But instead it was $ 50. He demeanor was very arrogant, telling me that $ 60 was too much for the amount of experience that I had. I ignored his comments and agreed on the lower rate. Then with the pandemic, I did not hear from them. Today, July 14, I heard back from Saakshi saying that the position is open again. I checked with her if the rate was still $ 50/hr as we had agreed back in March. Please feel free to click on the pics from the email communication. Followed by a call from David who wanted to low-ball the rate again saying that it is now $ 40/hr, with a bad attitude and being disrespectful to me. I'm writing this review so if anyone gets a job offer from Zillion Technologies to expect this kind of unprofessional and unethical behavior. I hope the CEO of Zillion Technologies (Anthony Irudhayanathan) is aware of how his team is running the company business! "

It’s a great place to work. The people I have dealt are absolutely fantastic. They have a beautiful office in Ashburn, VA and have a very smooth and successful immigration process, which is very important in this kind of market. The year-end annual holiday party that they host every year, is fun to attend as you get to meet everyone including the staff/management and other consultants. Keep-up the good work!!!! "
