As part of the voluntary administration group for the Inspire Foundation, I have worked closely with Julie and the Custom D team in the setting up of the Foundation's online application process. The team have been amazing to work with, finding solutions for the step by step processes as we worked our way through the implementation of the online system. Starting from scratch, their ability to grasp our needs quickly and clearly most certainly went a huge way towards creating a seamless process from what was a daunting prospect in the beginning. The open communication lines and prompt results greatly impressed me and I whole heartedly recommend Custom D as THE company to go to for all of your software, website and database design requirements.

Custom D, are world class software and database designers. they built a website with intranet and an online application system for our Foundation which allows the processing of hundreds of applications for grants whch can be viewed and assessed in real time by our selction panel. The system was designed from scratch, modified and developed during the development process and then enhanced with user experience feedback.it worked first time, it is user friendly. Custom D had staff changes and never dropped the ball in delivering a brilliant piece of software for us that all our team use and appreciate.

I visited Zealous System on 16th June 2025 for the walk-in interview announced on LinkedIn for interns/freshers in Python, PHP, WordPress, .Net, and QA roles. Despite clearly stating it was open for freshers, upon arrival, all Python candidates, including myself and my sister, were told they only accept those with prior experience, as interns are directly placed on live projects. This information was never mentioned in the post. The company blamed the marketing team for the misleading post. This experience wasted our valuable time, energy, and travel expenses. I urge the company to coordinate better internally and post accurate job/internship information to avoid misguiding freshers who genuinely seek opportunities.
