What I received was nothing short of a disaster.Non-Delivery: Despite repeated assurances and deadlines, not only was the project delayed, but what was eventually sent was incomplete and of such poor quality that it was entirely unusable.Financial Duress: The sum charged for this project was exorbitant, especially considering that nothing of value was delivered. Payments were demanded under threats of halting the project, which now feels like outright extortion.No Source Code: Contrary to what was agreed upon, no source code files were provided, rendering any potential fixes or improvements impossible.Refund Ignored: Upon confronting them about these issues and asking for a refund, I was met with complete silence. My messages have been ignored, forcing me to take legal action.This has been a costly and time-consuming ordeal. I strongly advise against engaging with Sumeru Inc. Their lack of professionalism, poor execution, and complete disregard for their clients' needs are alarming. I am now in the process of taking legal steps to recover my losses.

But when he brings in his counterparts to assist with larger projects, it's easy to see that they know their stuff too.Over the years, I've been solicited by a number of different IT companies. All of them want to know why I won't switch and give them a "try out." My reason?TECHNOLOGY IS THE BACKBONE OF OUR SUCCESS. Our network, workstations and security are of paramount importance. I'M NOT GAMBLING WITH THAT.The BNC team is about the best money can buy - and our experience has proven it again and again. Chasing lower "hourly rates" would be akin to stepping over dollars to pick up dimes...
