Kristine Westrheim Lium is the founder and creative head of PIMM, a communication and design agency focused on driving market growth for complex B2B and B2C products.
She also serves as chief creative officer of Vidde Mobility, where she led the design of the Vidde Alfa, the world's first circular electric snowmobile. With more than 15 years of agency-side experience, her client roster spans Lenovo, HP, Sony, Asics, Mitsubishi, Citroën, Honor, Xiaomi, and Huawei.
Her work has earned top design honors, including the German Design Award Gold (2025), the Excellent Swedish Design Award (2025), the Green GOOD DESIGN Sustainability Award (2024), and the GOOD DESIGN Award from the Chicago Athenaeum.
She was also named Innovator of the Year (2025) and Disruptor of the Year (2024) by the Swedish Marketing Association for her circular business model in winter mobility.
She also hosts the Simply Briefed podcast, where she unpacks emerging technology, AI, and sustainability trends into accessible narratives.
