It needed to reflect a modern, professional image for an urban clientele interested in high-rise properties. The resulting visual system consistently exudes architectural precision and corporate elegance across all touchpoints.
A bold, stylized "M" monogram is the identity's cornerstone. Made from precise, angular shapes with bevel-like cuts, it subtly evokes architectural forms like floor plans. Beneath the "M," a small cubic shape reinforces themes of structure. This design offers simplicity with significant visual impact for the brand.

The wordmark uses a striking, modern sans-serif for "MINOS," characterized by wide, rounded letterforms and generous spacing in its all-caps presentation. "REAL ESTATE" provides a subtle counterpoint in a thin, light uppercase sans-serif, ensuring legibility while maintaining an elegant contrast to the primary name.
