Target Gift Cards

Gift cards have risen in demand and usage, and due to that, retailers continue to create eye-catching designs to lure customers to these popular gifts in lieu of a specific physical product. Target has exceeded expectations with their personalized and colorful designs. 

This example from Javier Garcia Design shows four beautifully illustrated gift cards that focus on four different departments within the Target store. Each gift card has its own color palette and custom iconography that represents the departments: Home, Apparel, Electronics, and Toys. By utilizing the same background pattern, all four gift cards maintain a consistent look. The illustrations are simple, effective, and well-balanced on the card.

The rounded edges of the physical card are standard practice, and Target's well-known logo can be used as a standalone element. Even the packaging used that holds the gift cards is executed smartly -- clean and simple, just the way it should be.
