  • Project Brief: Create an immersive portfolio website that showcases creative digital work through bold visuals, interactive motion, and unconventional layouts.

A portfolio website has one job: prove the studio can do what it claims. Don't Do Drugs, designed by AliReza Tajik, makes that case by turning the site itself into the showreel, all GSAP motion, 3D panthers, and a black-and-yellow world you move through rather than read.

The high-contrast palette is the whole first impression. Neon yellow on flat black hits hard and stays legible, so the loud visuals never cost the site its readability.

The navigation is built as exploration, not a menu. A circular ring of thumbnails, "tap on title" prompts, and scroll-triggered transitions make finding work feel like moving through the studio's world rather than clicking a list.

The surreal imagery is the flex that sells the skills. Glowing-eyed panthers, taped graffiti type, and "STAY WEIRD" slogans give the studio a rebellious identity, while the smooth motion under all that weight quietly proves the technical chops a client is really shopping for.
