When it comes to automotive websites, yellow and gray just works -- in fact, many websites in the industry are following this trend.
Dunlop Tire CIS LLC has a very simple, effective homepage. As the user scrolls on the main banner, they are presented with a catchy headline that introduces three types of tires -- car, SUV, and moto -- and the product is showcased through beautiful, masculine photos. Meanwhile, a small infographic under product listing shows the tire's ability to adapt to a sport, tourism, or race navigation, and more information is provided upon clicking on a call to action.
Considering the company only has one featured storefront, there isn't a need for a list of locations. Dunlop took advantage of that extra space and simply placed a box with an address and phone number on top of a map. A contact form can be accessed clicking on the "Send Message" call to action, which triggers an overlay modal window containing the form to present itself.
This page allows users to familiarize themselves with the technical details of Dunlop Tires. Instead of having a long page with lots of information, the website uses a slider inside the two top tabs. Theuser can click on bullets on the left, the arrows on the top, or scroll with the mouse wheel to see all the features that make the products unique.
On the Product Listing page, the user is presented with every type of tire Dunlop currently sells for cars, SUVs, and motorcycles. Basic information and special details -- such as particular tires for specific seasons, speed control, or other options -- are provided. Users can also download a tire catalog, which is a beautifully designed PDF file that contains all the information featured on the website. They can also click on a link that shows how to choose the correct tire, which is an excellent resource for consumers. There is great attention to detail.Â
The History section of this website is particularly creative. When the user navigates through the timeline at the bottom, they are presented with the brand's history through beautiful photography, illustration, and a rolling tire that changes from year to year, until the timeline cycles back to 1888, when John Boyd Dunlop developed the first pneumatic tire in Northern Ireland.Â
Dunlop Tire CIS LLC is a great website design in the Automotive and E-commerce & Retail industries.
