One of the most unprofessional consultancies I’ve dealt with. The HR, was completely irresponsible and careless throughout the process. She rarely responded, gave no clear updates, and kept delaying everything without explanation. My time was completely wasted waiting for her follow-ups that never happened. If this is how they treat candidates, I can only imagine how poorly they handle actual recruitment. Avoid ALP Consultancy if you want a serious and respectful hiring experience.
