Overall Excellent Service, worthy of flowers! We have most valued the CPA help with our accounting, month end reviews, and help with making informed financial decisions for our organization. Kirsch would earn 5 stars if they improved on the payroll side communicating the additional "hidden" costs. For us, we are a small non-profit, and the cost for this service has increased significantly. Expect additional charges for phone calls and email correspondence even if you have a managed service plan for payroll. We have certainly needed the support this year and appreciate the team at Kirsch!

They had this Drive on the above mentioned date But before that I had several times contacted the Hr shahroz through email whatsapp over calls and personally visited there office to discuss about my candidature. I don't know if communication was lost or never sent, but multiple requirements of us were never received - including the cutoff date for submitting our information - which caused us to miss filing on time and requiring an extension. When asked, we were told that information was provided, but I could not (and still can not) find that information anywhere. We didn't realize we were after the cutoff date until we reached out to ask about the status. After learning that we needed an extension, multiple dates were given for when our taxes would be filed. When dates were missed, we again had to reach out for clarification and a new timeline.

ORBA did my taxes last year, charged an absolutely ludicrous amount for a tax return and basic "financial planning", and still somehow got the state tax return wrong (the state sent me an unexpected refund a year later). Their financial planning included advice like "sell the stock that vests in September 2021 to generate income for this purchase in March 2021". They probably charge so much because they've mastered time travel. I had a CPA before them who did a better job for 15% of the cost.
