Had a terrible experience with Gheen & Co. They managed our books and taxes for a few years. From the beginning the communication was spotty, they never answer the phone and get back to emails at a snails pace. On top of that they missed $40,000 in taxes we owed and never alerted us it was due. We had to hire a third party book keeper and it took them months to fix the mess they made in our quickbooks. After canceling with them they sent us a bill for our 2023 tax filing with was completed looong time ago.

Note that I’m very particular about who I work with and Stephanie exceeds my expectations every time.I did stray one year and went to someone else who did not do a good job and charged me double the price. That I regret and back with Taxes Tampa now!

Found a highly misleading advertisement for promising to sell NOLs and R&D credits "up to 95% of the value" when what they were really trying to do was lead gen for doing R&D work (because the former isn't really possible). After I inquired, they spammed a phone number they found rather than communicated back to my email. To their credit, after I expressed my displeasure, they did write a more detailed reply.
