You can't beat the VLink guys when it comes to designing and developing. From the start, I hired them to build my website and gave them all my specifications and preferences. I was very happy with their work and they advised me on some better alternatives where possible. We experienced a breath of fresh air when we switched to VLink's Managed Solution. They carefully analyzed our entire ecosystem and offered multiple recommendations for improving our system (not just one). They also implemented various cost-saving measures. We incrementally upgraded our equipment and software solution as needed. You can choose from a variety of options, and they will work according to your timeline, your needs, your budget, and your staff's ability to change. I have not detected a lapse-in fact as far as knowledge is concerned, and I have learned much from them! Which is of particular importance since we work around the clock.

After working here for 9 years, I finally had to leave because of the management style of my reporting manager. Many of my team members had raised complaints multiple times, but no one in HR or higher management cared to listen.There is no opportunity to learn new things or grow in your career. Instead of skill development, the reporting manager forces employees to do repetitive tasks even during free time, which feels like a complete waste of potential.The reporting manager is also very biased - very supportive towards female employees but extremely strict with male employees, applying rules like in a school. Despite being in Tatvasoft for more than 15 years, he still goes for lunch alone - which clearly shows how disconnected he is from his own team.Sadly, instead of valuing long-term employees, the company culture pushes people to resign. Definitely not recommended for anyone looking for growth and a fair, employee-friendly workplace.
