We worked with Zealous System on an AI-powered fraud triage solution for one of our clients in the Europe financial services sector. The project involved a complex fraud investigation workflow where analysts were handling a large number of alerts and gathering information from multiple systems. The team developed an AI-powered fraud triage agent that brings relevant information together, helps prioritise alerts and provides explainable recommendations while keeping human analysts involved in important decisions. What I appreciated was the team's ability to understand both the business and technical sides of the project. Communication was consistent, and they were responsive when requirements evolved during development and testing. The solution helped streamline the investigation process and reduce the amount of repetitive manual work involved in reviewing fraud alerts. Overall, we had a positive experience working with Zealous System.
