TLDR: This is a 5 star operation from the intake process, the dedicated person I dealt with Kevin Stillwell, the pricing, the coordinating with our author, and the audiobook itself. This is the place to use and I will use them for everything going forward!Full:I first contacted Lantern Audio in end of April regarding one of the authors we work for as their distributor to produce their first audiobook. Myself and the author had no experience at all with audiobooks so we were worried about the process. The author and I also live in different parts of the country so I knew coordinating the recording and producing of this book would be challenging.After reviewing many of the options around Atlanta we reached out to Lantern Audio due to the high ratings and location. Upon sending in my intake information I was promptly contacted by their organization and from this point forward dealt with Kevin Stillwell as my main contact. I had explained to him the situation which was our complete lack of knowledge on audiobooks and the issues in coordinating as the author flies all over the country speaking to organizations. The entire process from quoting to scheduling was handled in the most professional way. I was not shuffled around to departments or waiting on emails for weeks to schedule etc. This was a white glove service that worked with us to complete our audiobook on our schedule.A few months later when it worked best for the authors schedule they had him recording and the author was ecstatic with the entire process.The author self describes himself as "technological illiterate" so if you are worried about this being too complicated or that you don't have the know how to handle this process do no worry. Lantern audio's team will work with you and will ensure you are able to complete your audiobook the way you want. They have multiple checks to ensure the quality is to your standards and after receiving the works your listeners will be blown away by the quality of your audiobook!I specifically dealt with Kevin Stillwell and cannot commend him enough for his professionalism. Anytime we had a miscommunication or issue he helped resolve it right away.This is just a great company and the audio work they do is fantastic! If you are considering this place I highly encourage you to use them! You will thank me and thank you Lantern Audio!

These guys are relentless! I presented them with a poorly produced 40-year-old standard definition video to be upscaled to HD with noise reduction and image enhancement. This kind of restoration is always fraught with pitfalls because each process to improve the picture can also introduce unintended artifacts and undesirable side effects. We didn't have unrealistic expectations, but we DID want the finished video to be an improvement over the source material. Seth worked through multiple passes to keep the improvements while diminishing the unwanted artifacts. He would not rest until we were satisfied. Given the age and quality of the source we gave him to work with,, he accomplished a stellar result. Thank you, Seth!

ECG were incredible production partners in an immersive VR project for a non-profit. The production involved traveling to the jungles of Ecuador--and their professionalism, dedication, flexibilty, kindness, and hardwork made the trip amazing. The entire experience of post-production was just as wonderful. And the end result went above and beyond what the client had hoped for. Would highly recommend!
