We rented a 55" monitor and it worked great in our booth at the International Workboat Show in New Orleans. The monitor was set up before we arrived and we needed it adjusted so we called their 800 Help Line and technicians were there in less than 20 minutes to make the adjustments. Great Work!

Do not do business with this company. My order status has been "out for delivery" for 6 days. I have contacted them 3 times in 3 days. Each time they said to wait to end of business, the respective days. The shipping company they used has no tracking information accessible. Today, I am going to dispute the charge on my card and file a complaint with the Interstate Commerce Commission and my state's Attorney General.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a retail provider. The item I ordered was never delivered. I have called customer service 12 times and have been promised numerous times that my money would be refunded. After a week of trying to work through this with the company with no success, I have resorted to a public explanation of the incredibly poor service I have received. I intend to dispute the charge with the credit card company and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Do not do business with this company.

Made an order online using promo codes I found on the actual quill website and got a confirmation email. The order was cancelled without any notice or explanation. I called customer service who told me they put in a ticket for further review and that I would be contacted again. Never heard back.Update: I heard back from customer service although not sure I would have without posting a negative review. They were able to honor most of the promo codes I had originally used, however I already made the purchase through another company.
