Our goal was to have a high performing, secure platform with great custom UI to test the market.We had a kick off meeting and then we were assigned a Project Manager who was our main point of contact. They created mockups and wireframes and came back to us with the estimated cost.Once the deliverables were agreed upon, they created a detailed scope of work and release plan for the web marketplace on a PHP framework. Once agreed, they started working on the different releases until the final milestone. They kept us updated throughout the development process and raised technical questions as needed.
