  Ryan clearly outlined the deliverables in our project in our contract and when we met online. He was helpful in defining what tasks we need to accomplish to meet our objectives. He divided the project into phases. He also divided the payments into three phases after the completion of the work.Our new shopify store is exactly what we were looking for! Komal and her team provided mockup design pages so we could view what the store would look like. Then in the development phase they would demo changes weekly, make any changes we desired, and provided our team with video tutorials so we could update our portion of the work as needed.Their communication was clear and focused. They were efficient in our meetings. The software Komal's team uses to communicate and relay information between them and us, is very nice and easy to use. We also liked that they were willing to give us a price range for the project before we even met for the first time (messaging online), and then a more formal qoute during our first meeting, followed by a detailed contract.

  Komol is a terrific project manager. She was very good at communicating our needs to the programmers and never once was she anything less than professional and courteous. Although we have never met due to the geographical divide, we feel that she has provided services that have made their company integral to our success. All of the ancillary programmers were great too. as I have said in my comments, large projects have large complexity, and this company is both highly reputable, highly professional, a good value for the money in the type of company that makes it a pleasure to do business with. So far everything has been delivered in a timely manner. At the time of writing this the project is not yet complete, but the work that has been done so far has been done quickly, efficiently, and professionally.
