It's been great for me to have a team that communicates directly. I had previous SEO provider and all they did was charge me and never could get them to show up to our meetings. I have worked with Ryan and he has been prompt and even proactive with certain issues. I am happy with the courtesy, respect, assistance, and industry knowledge displayed by him. He's not perfect, but he shows up and hasn't refused or not been able to do anything that I have asked in the last 4 months.

I hired this company in January of 2023 under the promise of a virtual assistant that would be able to do research and take care of various online tasks. April comes around and nothing has been accomplished, except for some web pages copied (stolen) from other competing domains regarding any of the projects. I told "Michelle" about what "wasn't" happening, she said that they fired "Erica" because she wasn't completing her assignments. Then she said that she will refund my April payment and that she would also complete the work that I paid for during the previous 3 months. I don't hear anything from her again, no work, no research, nothing. Then May comes up, and I get another monthly charge on my credit card!This is one of the reasons why "Eastern Indian" owned companies get a bad reputation... I was warned not to deal with them, I didn't listen, I wanted to believe they were better people than what I was told. Now I'm dealing with this rip off scam of a company. "Established in 2010, KPL TECH SOLUTION is a Digital Marketing Company with headquarters in Noida, India."UPDATE: Michelle finally contacted me and refunded 2 of the 5 months along with a promise that she will get the 3 months work completed herself. I'll revise this review if all goes well.
