Before 2023, we had used a national firm for our digital advertising and marketing. The results were average in terms of the amount of business their efforts generated, not to mention that they weren't local...we couldn't have that crucial face-to-face interaction. Aaaah, but in 2023 we wised up and switched to MLCworks! What a difference! Our leads have been off the charts, and as importantly, I now have a LOCAL team of experienced, knowledgeable ladies who I can meet with and exchange ideas. We can pivot on a dime, which for us has been crucial. Give MLCworks a try, you will be pleased...we at DA Exterminating Co. sure are!

I hired this company to redesign my businesses website. It took them 4 months. They finally sent me an email asking me to look it over. The finished product was awful — riddled with spelling mistakes, poor grammar and heavily unfinished pages. I will take responsibility for terminating communications — I was extremely unhappy that they would even try to pass off what they did as a finished product. I expected a lot more and I was absolutely let down. I ended up finishing the job myself.I was contacted by someone from Deep Fried who told me he wanted me to be happy but made no attempt to take responsibility for the lackluster product they put out. Instead, he placed the blame squarely on me. I paid for work that I did for them, absolute nonsense. At no point in our conversation did they take any responsibility.I would not recommend using this company. I found them to be extremely unprofessional with higher than industry standard rates that don’t align with the quality of work. I am extremely unhappy with the poor customer service I received.
