I highly recommend staying away! Our experience with ReadyShark Digital was by far one of the worst we've had with any service provider. From start to finish — unprofessional, slow and unclear communication, and the work delivered was poor quality, nowhere near the standard they claim to provide.On top of that, instead of taking responsibility and improving, all we got were excuses, delays, and an overall unwillingness to genuinely solve the issues. It honestly felt like a huge waste of our time, money, and energy.If you're looking for a serious, professional, and reliable digital agency — keep looking. RedShark Digital is definitely not it.

We needed to have our contact form reworked as it was not sending emails to us letting us know someone had completed the form. This was costing us business.Avery at Red Shark was able to get his team on it immediately and corrected the issue. This was done for a very reasonable price and the fact it was done very quickly when they have other clients they are working with spoke volumes of their dedication to serving their clients.As a business owner I highly recommend them for your online presence and marketing solutions.

The team at Red Shark is next level. They are quick to respond throughout the project process. Account manager Matt has a warm presence and is very transparent and helpful throughout the process. Abby from the Development Team works very hard with tight deadlines. And of course, Marketing Director Alaina is awesome and a great spirit. Everyone I have worked with at RSD has been amazing. They are the best digital marketing firm in Greenville. Not to mention, they have a strong culture of philanthropy and giving back. I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with AIT Inc has been beyond frustrating. I requested the cancellation of my server over two months ago, and despite multiple follow-ups, they failed to process the cancellation. To make matters worse, they continue to send invoices and demand payment for a service I no longer use or need.Their support is unresponsive and careless, and it’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. In my professional career, this has been the worst hosting provider I’ve encountered. I would strongly advise others to stay away from AIT Inc. There are far better and more reliable options out there.
