Honestly could not speak higher of Alex and his team at Shtudio. We have been working with them for 3 years, building a very complex and custom operational system for our rental business. The complexity of the project could not be understated but Alex and his team have always been able to engineer, develop and implement a solution that works in an incredibly fast, cost-effective and professional manner. We have also built numerous custom features for our website with speedy delivery and a very high quality of workI don't often leave reviews but I truly cannot recommend Alex and Shtudio, high enough!

After working here for 9 years, I finally had to leave because of the management style of my reporting manager. Many of my team members had raised complaints multiple times, but no one in HR or higher management cared to listen.There is no opportunity to learn new things or grow in your career. Instead of skill development, the reporting manager forces employees to do repetitive tasks even during free time, which feels like a complete waste of potential.The reporting manager is also very biased - very supportive towards female employees but extremely strict with male employees, applying rules like in a school. Despite being in Tatvasoft for more than 15 years, he still goes for lunch alone - which clearly shows how disconnected he is from his own team.Sadly, instead of valuing long-term employees, the company culture pushes people to resign. Definitely not recommended for anyone looking for growth and a fair, employee-friendly workplace.

If you have another offer in hand then please don't choose Tatvasoft. More pollitics not employee friendly environment no festival celebration no facilities.Even not good colleagues.Management is also biased, they only listen to higher authorities like managers vp.
