I worked with Kitty Lai from Me Brand on brand development for my natural health brand, and had a very positive experience. At the time, we needed more than a logo. We were looking for a premium, credible brand direction with clear positioning and a consistent visual system that could guide future website, packaging, and marketing work. Kitty understood this from the start. She took a thoughtful, strategic approach. She researched the category and competition carefully, asked good questions, and paid attention to the customer we were trying to reach. I also appreciated that the logo concept was not generic.
