I tried to schedule an intro call with Upstack and it was impossible. I selected a day and time and it told me to wait for a confirmation from someone, but that never came. Then I received an automated email from an Aimee Fertado asking me to set up some time to talk, when I already tried to set up a time. I tried 2-3 more times after this to schedule a call, and again, nothing. Then I received about 3-4 more automated messages from Aimee over a few days asking me to schedule a call which was SO frustrating and annoying. I had also directly emailed her 3 times asking what was going on and she never replied. I also called their HQ and left a voicemail and no one got back to me. I also emailed their support email and no one got back to me. Terrible experience and quite embarrassing for them. I would never work with this company.
