This place is owned and ran by a great man with a big heart. During all the layoffs when Covid first hit he found a way to keep his business up and running and all his employees working from home so they weren't out of a job or income. Most big corporations would just want to make sure their business stayed afloat. But not Chuck Muller. A genuine soul with a heart of gold.

I wouldn’t use them again. They did a great job on our website, but the whole SEO part of everything was absolutely terrible. They tried to say we were on the front page of Google and every time I would look us up we were always 18 or lower. I even did it with them on the phone and typed in exactly what they told me to and I was still around the 20 area and they were telling me I was within the first 5. They only reason I gave them 1 star is for their website they made for us that we lose after we cancelled with them. Hopefully they did better for other businesses but for ours they were not good. Unfortunately, we had to pay for 6 months of horrible service. Over promised and under delivered services. If they were as good as they say they are they would have a money back guarantee if they can’t produce. Customer service is horrible since you can’t get a straight answer from them. I also had 4 different case managers in 6 months. The only reason I stayed with them for that long is because I had to. Worse $1800 I spent in a long time.

I have had the opportunity to work with Miss Details Design/Tanya on a few things in the past, but most recently, I got to work with her on my own persona passion project/logo - which is very important and close to my heart. From start to finish, it was pure magic. Starting with the initial designs all the way through to the final product, it was clear she understood my vision, valued my time and budget, and was talented in the art of branding/logos. I am totally obsessed with my logo - it is simple and clean, yet unique and identifiable. Each element is versatile and Miss Details created a the logo can easily grow/evolve with my business, while still remaining true to the original design. I can't wait until this new business can afford to hire her again for the whole brand snapshot so we can work with her again. Highly recommend!!

Tanya and her team are absolutely amazing and I can't recommend them enough! They created our logo, built our beautiful website and helped us create a brand snapshot and brand messaging guide that really helped us to solidify our message and marketing strategy. Tanya also created beautiful Canva templates for our social media posts. The best part is that after Tanya created these beautifully branded messages, she then taught me how to update the website and use Canva myself so that I don't have to reach out to her for every change. She has given me an endless supply of support and inspiration for my business. I will be using Miss Details for many years to come for all of my marketing needs. Tanya is the best asset my business has!
