I wouldn’t use them again. They did a great job on our website, but the whole SEO part of everything was absolutely terrible. They tried to say we were on the front page of Google and every time I would look us up we were always 18 or lower. I even did it with them on the phone and typed in exactly what they told me to and I was still around the 20 area and they were telling me I was within the first 5. They only reason I gave them 1 star is for their website they made for us that we lose after we cancelled with them. Hopefully they did better for other businesses but for ours they were not good. Unfortunately, we had to pay for 6 months of horrible service. Over promised and under delivered services. If they were as good as they say they are they would have a money back guarantee if they can’t produce. Customer service is horrible since you can’t get a straight answer from them. I also had 4 different case managers in 6 months. The only reason I stayed with them for that long is because I had to. Worse $1800 I spent in a long time. "
