I was beyond amazed by Tracy's creativity. I gave him an idea what I wanted and when I received the logos for my company I was blown out of the water. Not only did I receive what I was going for but he also gave me other ideas that I actually liked more than what I had imaged. I met with the designer once he was nice but never heard from them again. Promised to deliver logo in 3 weeks after 3 weeks I called and he had nothing to show me. Could not provide a receipt for my deposit so I waited until they could to pay. Never got called for a receipt. Will not return calls. I literally have cash in hand and they can't produce a receipt or a logo. After over a month of calling once or twice a week im missing valuable advertising time due to their failure to deliver.

Where do I begin. Nathan and his team, Andrea and Ben are top notch and beyond the term great service. I have been thru many companies and individuals over the years with my various business and always ended up with a dysfunctional person or persons. This here with baseline is not the case. They develop and finish the projects I have handed them in a timely and professional manner. They have created Websites as well as information brochures as well as shopping cart pages and even Google Ads for my companies. It is rare to find everything like this under one roof.I highly recommend Baseline as they really know their stuff.
