DPC Technology is amazing! I don't know what we would do without them! We started with them almost 13 years ago when our dental practice was just opening! They helped to put us on the right track from the very beginning. They were right there to hold our hand and make sure that our new building was perfect. Not only do they provide the services you would expect from an IT support company (backups, help with equipment when it goes down, etc.) but they also help to grow your business. They have continuing education in their facility all the time. They are a great resource and have helped improve the functions of all aspects of our practice. Dez is amazing!!! Anytime I need help, she is there and knows how to get the job done... quickly... and with a smile.. and maybe even a corny joke. If you are considering working with DPC Technology, I would tell you to just do it. It is a decision you will not regret!

Impact I had to call Gen pact a week or so ago concerning a job offer. Only it really wasn't a legitimate job offer. The lady who answered my phone call, knew immediately what was going on and explained to me she was very sympathetic and apologetic on what happened. One of the major career forms that millions of people use to look for a job happen to have a breach of security.Which ultimately led to false jobs being offered. I had waited over a week and thought that things seemed off.They were aware of the problem and took care of it. Whereas the platform I won't mention the name of that platform could care less and didn't do anything about the situation let alone for inform for me.

It is hard to put into words how disappointed I am in Dynamic Quest's service. As an IT provider, they failed us on multiple fronts. They were never proactive in managing our systems, which led to severe security breaches. Our network was hacked multiple times under their watch, showing a blatant disregard for our cybersecurity.Moreover, their lack of responsiveness and inadequate problem-solving skills resulted in our entire network being down for multiple days on several occasions. This caused significant disruptions to our operations and highlighted their inability to provide reliable IT support.Overall, Dynamic Quest's services have been nothing short of disastrous. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable IT provider.
