I started working with VSA in 2016 after going through three other services over the prior two years. These other services were sole practitioners and very small operations. They lacked oversight and control, something on which VSA is strong. In other words, the work gets done.And when the work is done there are positive results.The communications is excellent (Michele is great), they are flexible to my client’s ever changing schedules, and the feedback from those with whom they set appointments for me is positive (about the caller and their demeanor). To the person on the other end of the call it seems the caller is part of my business, which means they are very professional. I highly recommend VSA, and have recommended them to others.

I am an employee who cannot log into my account. The operator refused to help me, said I need to contact my manager(I don't know who that is) or respond to the email I got. I responded 3 days ago and no response. There is no name on that email and the number I tried calling gets disconnected. The operator said "I don't know what else to tell me, good luck" AND LITERALLY HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!! THAT IS NO WAY TO TREAT AN EMPLOYEE OR CUSTOMER

They placed an Ad on Craigslist recruiting people to do voice data collection for one of their products that uses siri. They Advertised they will pay $60. Every time you ask them about the money, They start trying to use a secret they think they know about you to avoid paying. They sent me about 8 forms to fill out for the $60 including the I-9 form and a w-2 form for $60. I was scheduled to be there at 9am for the study and was on time. They said 12 to 15 business days for $60. I filled papers and sent them. As I was approaching the building something was like this company be killing people and their a front for a government agency. I ignored it cause I needed the $60. I sent the paper work Oct 29th and received an email on Nov 15 saying I need to resubmit the papers. I am suppose to be receiving the money by Nov 19. IM I suppose to wait another 12-15 business days? This company is preying on people who are low on cash and participate to get cash. These people got my ss#, is picture, and voice recording that They alter and use for something else. I want my $60. UPDATE: I did receive a gift card but to AMAZON. When I signed up they stated they pay cash either through direct deposit, cash app, or visa master gift card/ nothing about any amazon. I wanted cash, like they said they would pay.

I was there at Perceptive Analytics for a while. During that time I had the opportunity to work with the CEO very closely. The man built the company from ground up all by himself. He once taught me some grammar in english, that's how much interest he took in me while I worked there. I happened to work with some of the most smartest and talented people from amazing institutions there. My advice if someone wants to work there is to be super smart or super hardworking.... I have worked at Perceptive Analytics for approximately 10 months and my time at the company was awesome, to say the least.I have learnt a lot about sales and marketing which will be helpful for me going ahead. I have interacted with many clients and potential clients as well, and I got to learn a lot from these interactions.I also had a lot of freedom to experiment in my role, which was instrumental in enhancing my experience. The tasks I attended to were not limited to a specific domain but that only helped in increasing the potential of the job and though challenging, the role was equally rewarding for me.The work atmosphere is very good and the hours are very flexible.All the policies of the company are explained to the employees well in advance so as to avoid any confusion.The only problem that I've come across is that at times, you may have to work a little extra during peak season: like working for a while over the weekend or staying back for a while after working hours. On such occasions, work-life balance would take a hit. Work from home policy helps in these cases, though.I would definitely recommend working at Perceptive Analytics.

I participated in a study on March 10th and was told I would receive my incentive within 2-3 weeks. I emailed and called Steffanie at Murray Hill National. About 1 week ago she told me my payment would be sent by Tremendous on April 5th. Today is April 5th, still no payment. I've participated in studies for many years and this company is the WORST research company in regards to receiving timely payments as I was told I would receive by a certain time line.Today is my daughter's b-day and I had planned on giving her my incentive as a gift, but not now still no payment today.I will NEVER participate with any studies with Murray Hill National in the near future!Very disappointed participant
