The product also helps homeowners prepare a full digital home history for future property transfers. Empat delivered end-to-end work: discovery, UX/UI design, Flutter mobile development, and a Python backend. They implemented a clear flow where users first create home appliances/systems and then attach documents and repairs to each item. A major highlight was Empats AI expertise. AI features simplify the entire user journey by auto-filling appliance details from photos/docs/links, assisting with utility provider setup, and importing contacts to speed up adding contractors. This reduced manual input and made onboarding fast and intuitive. Communication was excellent, with proactive brainstorming, clear sprint updates, and on-time delivery.
