The folks at Aztek took time to understand our business processes before starting to design anything - even a simple redesign of a non-public-facing application. They asked questions to understand what a user would want to see, where they would expect to see it, and most importantly WHY. Through an iterative process, we arrived at an intuitive design that pops. An when we had any issues with implementation, including roll-out issues with small details, they were responsive and very helpful ironing out minuscule details well after checks had been cashed. I've enjoyed working with Artisan both on internal projects and being placed with clients through them. While they don't see the same number of roles as some of the bigger companies, they do tend to get jobs with higher pay rates than some of the other staffing agencies - and definitely advocate for the talent when it comes to dealing with clients. I would definitely recommend getting in touch if you're looking for work in a digital/creative role.
