John did a year long scope and sequence with me, that turned into consulting. He showed me that there is so much more than the end product. I have worked with technology companies in the past and they do one thing really well, they develop technology. John looks at the project holistically. From when the consumer/customer first engages with your product, to how they will actually purchase the product, to the ease of use of the technology, to the performance of your product, to the marketing - how will you first find these customers, and so much more. John is detail oriented and very organized. Nothing slips past him because of his methodology with his wireframes. He holds weekly meetings to make sure the client (me) and he have both done our "homework" to move the project forward. The meetings also ascertain that we are both on the same page about the project. Working with John is a pleasure; I look forward to our weekly talks. I am certain that he is "on my side" and is looking out for my best interests. The world has gotten very small and it is easy to find someone to build your product. However, it is not easy to find someone who will listen to your dream, help you reach it, look out for your best interests and whom you can put complete faith in.

Im a YouTuber with about 20k subscribers, and I unexpectedly found myself looking for a new editor . I did a bunch of research and found Tasty Edits. I had already tried two other services (Editvideo.io and Replayed), and I was underwhelmed by the editing skills of their freelancers. Editvideo was absolutely terrible. Replayed was totally fine, but nothing I couldnt do myself in terms of editing skills. Tasty Edits was really my last go at a scaled editing service, and they were MUCH better than I ever expected. The communication, even when working with editors in different time zones, was amazing, and the end result of my edited video is one of my best edited videos on my 5-year-old channel. Their editors definitely seem to know YouTube and the style that works for it. Providing feedback was easy with Frame.io, and we were done with my first video in just two rounds of detailed feedback, which was even better than Id do with my local, US-based editors. And, the end result and quality of the edit is better. If youre looking for an online editing service that can grow with you, this is the best of the bunch. Im excited to take my channel to the next level and hit 100k subs with them.
