I recently had the opportunity to work with Kieran from Impressive Digital and genuinely wanted to leave a review because the experience exceeded my expectations. I had reached a point in my eCommerce business where I had finally found a winning product and was beginning to scale my Facebook advertising, however I was receiving completely conflicting advice from multiple people on what the best next move should be. Some were telling me to create new ad sets, others were suggesting changing assets within existing campaigns, while others were recommending completely different campaign structures altogether. After speaking with Kieran, he took the time to properly understand my business, where I was currently at, and helped me think through the most strategic and safest path forward based on my specific situation rather than offering generic advice. What stood out most was that he didn’t simply try to sell a service, he genuinely focused on helping me make smarter business decisions and gave me clarity when I needed it most. Beyond advertising strategy, Kieran also provided incredibly valuable advice around business growth, mentorship opportunities and thinking about how to continue scaling the business to the next level long term. It is rare to come across someone who genuinely takes the time to help, listens properly and provides thoughtful strategic advice with your best interests in mind. Came across Tribu on YouTube and was really excited to reach out so much so that I immediately went to their website to submit my contact information. Unfortunately when I was contacted back the next day, I was very put off by I believe his name was Mark. I greeted him with enthusiasm and compliments about their marketing and in return I expected genuine questions on what I was needing. The one and only question that resonates from the phone call was his one question was "how do you make your money?" I'm not sure how this was relevant as I explained I needed assistance with branding a project not funding it. It's been a few weeks now and no follow up, I'm just extremely disappointed in my experience. Update: I've since been contacted by Owner who expressed genuine concern with my experience. Pending a meeting to determine if services align with each others business goals. Looking forward to seeing if Tribu is the advertising agency for my small philanthropic business. 2nd Update: Never heard back from anyone.
