Chris White was amazing. We’re not very computer literate. Our website wasn’t working. I assumed I’d have to bring in the laptop and pay big bucks. Nope. Chris knew just what to ask and then just what to do all done by emails. He quickly got it going for us again at a very low rate. Amazing. You have a customer for life! Thank you so very much. You can tell as soon as you walk into Big Sea that this is a special group. The team members exude warmth and positive energy and the vibe in their offices manages to be both laid back and cool while simultaneously buzzing with the quiet energy of people truly engaged by and interested in their work. I approached the creation of a website for my small business--which is really just me--with some trepidation; by definition, my work as a coach is focused almost entirely on the client, not on myself, so it felt awkward and uncomfortable to have to create and share so much content about myself. The team at Big Sea walked me through the process of mocking up and refining the design and color scheme of the website--the fun part--while gently prodding me to provide more and more content about myself and my coaching approach. And then what they did with it, especially Maria, who did the bulk of the writing, was really remarkable. She framed my experience and my philosophy in a way that I never could have generated myself, but with which I felt totally comfortable. The team at Big Sea turned a task I was dreading--putting up a website for my business---into an unexpected and genuine pleasure!
