I wasn’t going to say anything, but this place is so out of touch. For a juneteenth celebration the white lady who works there thought a picture of fried chicken with the words freedom would’ve been a good/acceptable ad campaign for a business I work closely with.Not to mention some of the things I’ve heard regarding how they treat their employees and they have no HR department.Well they do, but the HR lady is the bosses sister so…yeah…avoid this place at all costs.

I've worked with SBC heavily for the last 12 months. Always professional, never have to follow up or nag about project completion. 1. Requested information from contact form and NEVER HEARD BACK.2. Called and discussed project and was told someone would get back with me with a quote. NEVER HEARD BACK3. Called a second time for quote after 1 week had passed and was told someone would get back with me. NEVER HEARD BACK4. Called a third time and by now you should know what happened. NEVER HEARD BACKWhat I truly feel what happened was, my project was not big enough for Studio Brand Collective. During my call with them when I explained my project details, they asked what was my budget? If you don't tell them you're budget is below $10,000, your info most likely gets thrown in the trash and you NEVER HERE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible experience with this agency. They wasted thousands of dollars on keywords not related to my business, failed to deliver accurate monthly reports, and my website had better SEO results before they started. I was on page 1 for my most important keyword, and am now on page 3 in a six month period. My account was passed on to 3 or 4 separate reps due to employee turnover and I was constantly reeducating people about my company and goals. My business was better off with Reach Local! Thankfully I only signed a 6 month contract, I don't know if my business could have survived an entire year of Advantix induced set backs.

OptFirst just launched our New Website and we are soooo happy. The site now lets all of our users see our available classes, book their times, buy workout packages, choose their instructor, change and/or add appointments, buy nutritional products securely online and see our members photos, the gym and equipments.
