I was really unsure after reading all the bad reviews but we were going overseas and couldn’t get an appointment so just took a chance. The dr called exactly on my appointment time, and 3mins after my phone call had the script sent straight to my phone! Yes the phone call was quick but it’s for quick scripts etc, not talking about complex health problems. I’d 100% recommend for anyone needing quick help. "

I had my appointment on Monday, 16 June 2025, but despite multiple attempts to contact them, I only received my prescription on 19 June 2025 while I was still unwell. This place does not answer their phone calls, and I had no luck getting a response to my emails requesting the prescription. Even though they apologised and assured me they would contact my doctor to arrange the prescription, I still ended up waiting four days. "

I used Medcare Group for a Telehealth appointment this morning and was really impressed with the service. I was able to get an appointment within 30 minutes. Before the consultation I had a pre appointment call with the receptionist to confirm a few details, and Dr Lana called less than 20 minutes later. The whole process was smooth, professional and efficient. It was incredibly convenient not having to leave home, I will definitely use this service again. Highly recommended this service to anyone looking for accessible and reliable health care. "

Completely avoid. I booked a Telehealth consult for a repeat prescription and never called. They always run late but this time was really bad. They completely forgot to call. Then when I emailed them they responded saying they decided (quite funny) to cancel it and that it is under their discretion to prescribe a medicine. Also that under some legislation they actually cannot prescribe it (which has been prescribed for 2 years) in Telehealth appointments. So it seems like they have not been complaining with the legislation during those years (?) "
