You are only a number to them. I was without a working phone (they knew). Then they claimed I was no call no show for 3 days yet nobody contacted me until the 3rd day at 7pm with a threat of losing my job. We work from home in a whole other state and they weren’t concerned for my well being. Very unorganized to think someone needed to call when they knew I had no working equipment.
