My experience with one of the international recruiters was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.He asked me to schedule a meeting through a personalized website, which I did for 2:30 PM. However, he failed to show up and did not send any prior notice or explanation. Only 20 minutes later, he reached out via WhatsApp saying he had an unexpected meeting and could not attend. He then asked if I was available at that moment, and I confirmed that I was.Despite this, I had to wait another 30 minutes before he finally sent the meeting link. By that point, I decided not to participate. The lack of respect for my time, poor communication, and overall disorganization left a very negative impression.Professionalism and punctuality are basic expectations in recruitment, and unfortunately, this experience demonstrated neither.
